Technical illustrator

Job description

• • Creates illustrations for technical publications (operating manuals, maintenance manuals, spare parts catalogues, etc.)

Expectations

• • University/secondary technical education
  • Knowledge of the principles of creating technical illustrations
  • Knowledge of 3D software tools (Catia Composer, PTC Creo, Cortona 3D etc.)
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D software tools (Corel Technical Suite, Arbortext IsoDraw, Cortona 2D)
  • Ability to navigate in technical drawings/3D models
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and authors of technical publications
  • Self-starter, responsibility, reliability, flexibility, diligence and patience
